What a way to start the month! We have been awarded a multi-trade contract for Brady Construction Services Ltd on the prestigious re-development site in East Devon’s seaside town of Seaton.
The scheme is the first phase of the re-development of 3 acres of brown field land, into 90 waterside homes.
Phase One of the development consist of, 28 three storey houses, and 7 apartments. Including a glass-fronted penthouse with outdoor balcony, as well as a variety of energy efficient timber framed 3 & 4 bed townhouses.
We will be carrying out the drylining, painting and various carpentry works here.
